Cooperative Group Housing at Luther House

Luther Haus is a Cooperative house that is part of the ICC, the Inter Cooperative Council of Ann Arbor. It’s a housing organization mainly for students. There’s availability this Fall and Winter! Luther House is actually made up of two historic houses that have had a colorful history even before they became ICC co-ops (housed many White Panther Party members in the 1970s and still contemporary activists today).

$959 per month includes housing, utilities, parking, groceries, dinner cooked five times per week, lots of common area spaces, FOUR porches, a great location right across from “The Rock,” a massive backyard with a fire pit, a hammock, and the glorious ICC Education Center.

They have a very strong sense of community and love to have fun. With so many Lutherites (49 total), there’s always something to do. However, since they have two huge houses, it’s still pretty easy to get away from the commotion and find a quiet space. Luther is a very social house, famous for its Lutherween party, Disco Party, and Lutherfest (a musical festival during the summer).
