Cooperative Group Housing at Truth House

Truth house is a Cooperative house that is part of the ICC, the Inter Cooperative Council of Ann Arbor. It is a housing organization mainly for students. We have availability this summer, this fall, and this winter! Sign for as short as one week, one semester, two semesters, or a full year! It's up to you! If this listing is up, it means we have availability! Ask any question or ask to tour the house! House tours can be scheduled within a couple of days.

$887 per month includes housing, utilities, parking, groceries, dinner cooked five times per week, a rock climbing wall, a large gym, and other necessities like toothpaste, toilet paper, paper towels, women's hygiene products, laundry detergent, and more! The house is a 5 minute walk from CCTC, 3 minutes from the Arb, and 2 minutes from 7/11! They are also wheelchair accessible! They have EV charging and rooms come fully furnished!

Truth House is the largest co-op on central campus. Members have many different backgrounds, ethnicities, and disciplines of study. There tend to be lots of international students and a high proportion of grad students for a central campus co-op. Members tend to be nice, sociable, involved people, and a few are very extroverted. Up to 6 cats are allowed in the house, one per room, and caged animals are OK. They’re looking for mature and responsible new members to keep the house running smoothly. Truth house is the most disability accessible ICC house.
