Hello homeless people,

With full realization that this is an unprecedented time to be doing anything extraordinary let alone moving, let us first assure you that while we strongly support the lime-infused consumption of the planet's favorite beach beer, there is a striking lack of corona support in our quaranteamed household at the moment!

We are a group of young semi-professionals (engineers, apple-rs, etc) with an open bedroom to spare in Los Altos Hills. The house is in a uniquely quiet location on the border of Rancho San Antonio open space, yet is 7 mins from downtown Mountain View.

4 beds, 3 baths, office, garage, salt water pool, wisteria-covered patio & yard (work, relax, entertain, whatever) on several acres that extends down into and includes part of the nearby woods. A bunch of trees and 1 row of houses separate us from Rancho San Antonio open space preserve (two trail heads within 1500ft of the front door). The house is fully furnished down to the kitchenware, including queen beds and desks in each room. Office space with patio access separates the garage and 4th bedroom from the kitchen, though it gets the most use as a (very informal) yoga studio. Solar panels up on the roof to catch the sunlight and keep the bills down (+nest thermostat). There are hand-crafted ceramics (including kitchenware) throughout and surrounding the home (homeowner is an artist/jeweler). Projector & screen in living room; house is wired for sound inside & out. All bathrooms have been renovated down to the tiles.

The Room in question is the corner bedroom with an east-facing window (for morning sun) and is pictured with the elephant on the wall. You'd share the main full bathroom with one other, and there is access to another full bathroom across the house as needed.

Logistics:
Sublease until our prime lease renews in July, at which point we can just renew the sublease. Dogs very welcome (huge yard), cats less so (allergies!). Flexible lease end term, happy to remain month-to-month if that suits you, though we'd love to find a good fit for the longer term. 7-10m drive to MV, 15-20 minute drive to Stanford campus. Can avoid 280 if necessary (take backroads to Page Mill, it's a much prettier drive anyway).

Rent is 1950/month + utilities and the occasional gardening/cleaning expense as agreed upon by the crew.
