1st floor has a kitchenette with full-sized refrigerator, four-burner gas stove and oven, kitchen table and sofa. 2nd floor bedroom includes dresser, deep closet and newly remodeled bathroom.

Single occupancy. No car parking on property or in the city of Menlo Park at night, so BIKE is best! (street parking 4 blocks away). The Stanford's Marguerite Shuttle does drive up University Ave which is a few blocks away. No pets, no smoking, no parties. Must be somewhat quiet at night due to shared wall with house bedroom.

Available July 1st at $1700/mo. for minimum one year. Most tenants stay two years +
