Couch - seats 3, fairly long, but fits into EV residences. Couch is comfy, but a little old. The couch cover however is very nice, almost new condition and just washed! Couch for sure fits in EV low rise one bedrooms, and the town houses in EV. I am sure it would fit into a high rise apartment, just not sure about elevator. Couch, with cover is $50 or delivered to your door/living room for $70 (on campus only).
