So, it's great for someone who wants privacy, does not want to cook or a full kitchen, and does not want housemates

The room is adequately furnished, has cross-windows, and is shrouded in huge trees and bushes
There is a Starbucks, Laundromat, upscale grocery store, bank, Chinese restaurant, gym, etc. in a small shopping mall just two blocks away.
