These are the highlights--privacy and solitude in a garden setting in a quiet neighborhood.

No access to the rest of the house. Thus, no housemates to bump into.
However, the room has a microwave, small freezer, and small refrigerator--and is therefore great for someone who does not need a kitchen.
Room is well-lit, adequately furnished, cross-windows, door opens to the garden and great for summer sitting.

Two blocks away is an upscale shopping mall with Starbucks, grocery store, laundry, bagel shop, restaurant, bank, gym, etc.
Parking in front of the house.
Bus stop right outside the house going to Stanford.

Included are WiFi and utilities.
