Cozy private room 10 minute bike-ride to Stanford--from August 2018

On the west side of 101,
a private room in a rustic setting.
Private entrance through the garden.

Room also leads directly into the bathroom (shared with only me, older professional woman).
These are the highlights--privacy and solitude in a garden setting in a quiet neighborhood.

No access to the rest of the house. Thus, no housemates to bump into.
However, the room has a microwave and refrigerator--and is therefore great for someone who does not cook-cook.
Room is well-lit, adequately furnished, cross-windows, room's door opens to the outdoors and great for summer sitting.

Two blocks away is an upscale shopping mall with Starbucks, grocery store, laundry, bagel shop, restaurant, bank, gym.
Parking will be guaranteed right in front of the house.
Bus stop is also right outside the house going to Stanford via downtown Palo Alto.

In most cases, I include the WiFi and utilities.
First and last month's rent however, can be partly paid when you arrive.
