– No loud noise outside the building. Our home is in a vey residential area and we want all our neighbors to be happy
– Visitors are ok, but please ask us first since this is a shared space

– Bedroom two for another Airbnb listing – Bedroom three for our nanny. She is almost never home. When she's home, she keeps the apartment very clean. However, mutual cooperation for a tidy place is always appreciated.
