I am a Stanford Postdoc, and work in the VA Hospital. My husband and my 6-yr son live with me. We are renting out one of our BEDROOM in our two bed/one bath apartment for $1050. We are looking for ONE tenant for a at least half year commitment.

It will be available after Nov. 10, 2015. It is located in the West San Jose, and it's also in the Cupertino School District.

• On the 2nd floor (upstairs)

• Free carpool to VA Hospital （12 miles, 20mins-30 mins, the carpool is worth more than $ 450/month）
• Free water, Free electricity,Free trash fee
• Free Wifi ( it is worth more than $ 25/month)
• It is very close to Lion supermarket ( a Chinese market) ,walking by 10 mins
• It is very close to Walmart supermarket, driving 5 mins
• It is very close to many Schools (driving 5~10 mins)
