This room is furnished with a single bed, writing table, armchair, floor lamp with reading light, and walking in closet. The bathroom and kitchen is shared. The room will be available until the end of June 2017. Monthly rent is $1200 including all utilities. There are quite convenient public transport around Curtner Ave, such as 22, SE, as well as nice Da Sichuan and Hong Kong restaurants just nearby.
