Seeking awesome roommate to share our Palo Alto home!

Room available April 8th! $1,390 covers the cost for a private room--utilities are split.

Everyone in the house shares kitchen utensils, common areas, and bathrooms (unless you grab the master bedroom). We find that sharing of common areas has never been a problem as everyone is very considerate of others.

We live in a peaceful neighborhood, have a peaceful home, off-street parking, communal washer and dryer, plenty of room for gardening and enjoying outside. Just 12 minute drive to Stanford, 12 minute drive to Tesla, 15 minute drive to Caltrain.

Seeking mature, mindful, open-minded, healthy, clean, considerate individual.
