Dec 9-Jan 6 Munger 4B Sublease

I'm looking for a responsible student subletter from Dec 9th to Jan 6, while I traveling away for the holidays.

This is a room in a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath apartment (the largest bedroom of the 4) on the Stanford campus, in Munger Graduate Residence (the most luxurious student housing, opened in 2009). It has a huge common room, a large kitchen with two refrigerators, a dishwasher, and a balcony looking out onto the foothills. The bedroom has high ceilings and plenty of morning light, and it is fully furnished with (XL full size bed, a large desk, an ergonomic chair, etc). The apt has three other bedrooms which will be mostly unoccupied during that time, though they are permanently rented to male graduate students.

The subletter must be officially affiliated with Stanford. There is a one-page subletting form I'd ask you to sign. The original rate is $1322 per month. I'm asking for the pro-rated rent that Stanford charges, $43/day.

Again the date is Dec 9th to Jan 6. If your dates don't fit exactly, email me and we can work something out.
