About Your Neighbors:
Although the ADU is detached and offers plenty of privacy, you’ll be sharing the property and lease with friendly, respectful neighbors all on the same lease. The main house is home to three working adults and one small 10-lb dog.

The adjacent house consists of a couple in their early 30s: an electrical engineer, and a production coordinator. In their spare time, they enjoy being outside, traveling, DIY, and spending time with our friends/family.

Other neighbor in her early 30s: a legal operations specialist who enjoys the company of her close friends, family, and her dog. She enjoys crafts, and exploring new places.

Everyone enjoys a welcoming and respectful atmosphere. We are hoping our new neighbors are also neighborly. We are not looking for short term renters.
