Disabled Graduate Student Needs Daytime Support

I am looking for multiple personal caregivers for daytime shifts starting on September 11. Twice a week, I will need 5-hour shifts from about 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. ($100/shift), and on the other 5 days I will need a 30-minute shift around lunch time ($20/shift) and a 1-hour shift around dinner time ($35/shift). All hours are flexible.

5-Hour Shifts ($100/shift):
I need help using the restroom and getting food at lunch time and dinner time. I may need help with light housekeeping tasks including meal prepping. Around dinner time, I will need assistance using a physical therapy device before going to the restroom and getting food.

30-Minute Shifts ($20/shift):
I need help using the restroom and getting lunch.

1-Hour Shifts ($35/shift):
I need help with a physical therapy device, using the restroom, and getting dinner.
