Downtown Palo Alto Mid July-Sept Sublease

I am subletting my room at a beautiful house in downtown Palo Alto for the month of August. My two roommates are both women 3rd and 4th year Stanford PhD students and a cat.

The location is more than ideal. It is across the street from Johnson Park, a short 3 mins walk from University Ave, 9 mins walk from Palo Alto Caltrain Station, and a 10 mins bike ride to the Stanford Engineering Quad.

The kitchen is very spacious with modern appliances, the living room is large and has lots of windows, and the bathroom is very nice and will be shared with one of the roommates. There is also in-unit laundry.

Rent is $2000 for the month of August (Aug 1- Aug 31). It can be available as early as July 22nd and becomes $500/week more. Similarly, option to do Aug 1-Aug 15 for $1000.
