East Palo Alto - 2 Rooms for Rent

We have two rooms for rent in a four bedroom house in East Palo Alto. The rent is $1075 per room per month plus utilities (internet, water, and power, ~$100/mo). The rooms are available beginning September 1, 2020 with the potential for moving in up to one month earlier if necessary.

Currently there are two of us living in the house, one male and one female (not a couple). One of us works at Stanford, and the other in tech. We are in our early thirties and are quiet and clean working professionals.

The two available rooms are upstairs and share a bathroom between three people (one male). The downstairs contains a very spacious entry area and living room, a large kitchen, as well as a half bath. We live nearby IKEA, so we're close to the 101, Stanford, and the Bayfront Trail (which is really great if you like to bike or run outside).
