East Palo Alto 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath House – Move in Sept. 1

Hi. My three Stanford roommates and I live in East Palo Alto and our landlord has another 4 bedroom,
2 bath house available Sept. 1.
This house, like our house, comes with beds and furniture and some kitchen equipment and like ours has been remodeled. I understand the house is at the end of a quiet street, and has parking for 4 cars, and also has a washer and drier. I understand he’s going to charge $2,850 for the rent. Check out the pictures. It’s near University Avenue, so it’s a straight shot to campus. It’s about five minutes from downtown Palo Alto. We’ve been living in his other house for three years, also a 4 bedroom, 2 bath with furniture, but we’re staying.
