Hi All. My Stanford roommates and I live in Menlo Park and our landlord has another 4 bedroom, 2 bath home in East Palo Alto, that has also been passed down thru other Stanford students.
This house is available Sept 1st.
It has a washer/dryer and nicely remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. The backyard has a BBQ. Another plus is that the house has some furniture and beds that can stay in the house if needed.
It is about 14 minutes to Stanford (25 minute bike ride) and is located in the Garden District by the Palo Alto Golf Course. There is parking for 3 cars, plus street parking.
I believe rent is $2975/month (total for the whole house) and the people living there can show the place with some notice.
