East Palo Alto - Room for Rent

We have one room for rent in a four bedroom house in East Palo Alto. The rent is $1075 per room per month plus utilities (internet, water, and power, ~$100/mo). The room is available beginning September 1, 2020.

Currently there are three of us living in the house, one male and two females. Two of us work/study at Stanford, and the other in tech.

The available room is upstairs and shares a bathroom between three people (one male, one female). The downstairs contains a very spacious entry area and living room, a large kitchen, as well as a half bath. We live nearby IKEA, so we're close to the 101, Stanford, and the Bayfront Trail (which is really great if you like to bike or run outside).
