- 400 square feet: bedroom/living room, separate kitchen with room for a dining table, bathroom, and large closet
- kitchen has full refrigerator, recently replaced stove & dishwasher, lots of cabinets, and a garbage disposal
- artificial wood flooring in bedroom/living room, tile in kitchen
- new blinds
- entrance through fenced backyard, which has grass, lemon, peach and pomegranate trees
- street parking only, but it is easy to park on the street and you can park overnight without a permit
- full size washer & dryer inside our garage that is yours to use, we have a separate washer/dryer inside our house
- cutting-edge security camera system thanks to our camera startup friends (you can see the door to your studio online all the time)
- electronic keypad lock (no need to carry a house key)
Terms:
- $2200/month plus $2200 security deposit
- includes all utilities (water, electricity, garbage)
- also includes internet (50 Mbps) on your own private wifi network

- we have three small dogs, so you have to be ok with them being in the yard and you have to keep the gate closed for them. They are all under 25 pounds and friendly.
- we are open to you having a pet with an additional fee to cover cleaning the apartment after you move out. If it's a dog, you'll have to bring the dog over to meet our dogs and make sure they will be happy sharing the yard.
- 6-month lease or 12-month lease
