Electric recliner, excellent shape, must sell

Bought this linen recliner from Home Depot last year, is in excellent shape, but am moving and must sell. It is not a huge bulky recliner, but a very comfortable one that I am sitting in right now. It is powered and reclines backwards, or stands the user up. It is small enough that it can be moved without difficulty. I am including a link to an exact description of the chair from Home Depot's site.

It cost me over $300 with tax, and I am selling it for $180. I have to be moved by July 31, so please reply soon if you are interested.
