My roommate will be leaving on the 10th of October and I am looking for a female tenant to replace her. The 2bed 2 bath apartment is located in the Arbors Complex on California street, 3 minutes walk to San Antonio shopping center, 10 min walk to Caltrain.

Rent is $1325per month + utilities. I have already stayed here for more than one year, so the lease now goes month to month. Therefore it is flexible for both short and long term.

Facilities:

• ensuite bathroom
• spacious room, about 13m^2 juste the room (excluding the shower and one closet)
• 2 built in closets, one with a double mirror
• one parking slot included in the price (I don't use it)
• large swimming pool with garden
• gym
• dishwasher
• the apartment was renovated about one year ago

The room will be unfurnished.
