25 min bike from campus down university. Either month-long stints or full quarter — I am looking for a subletter ASAP for the fall quarter (September-Jan 1) in a place in East Palo Alto. The house is right by the major shopping center where IKEA and Target are by University and 101, as well as Brentwood Elementary School. 3 male recent grad roommates who work or coterm near campus. Bathroom access from room, bathroom shared with one other person. Hardwood floors. New washer and dryer. Living room with couches, tv, apple tv. Shed out back for storage/workbench/etc. Residential area. Good sized backyard with space to put outside table/bbq area. Unfurnished but will reimburse to furnish with queen bed.
