I am subletting my room in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. It is likely that I will subsidize the rent by ~$150 to $200, so you would only have to pay $850 or so versus the regular $1,006.
The apartment is located closer to campus that most other graduate housing units are. The unit is right in front of a Marguerite stop and ~ 5 min walk from the gas station, gym and Vaden health center.
