1. Patio Umbrella: $50 (Half price) - I bought it from EV resident who bought it two years ago. I only used it for one year.

2. Artificial grass: $150 (Half price) - We bought it from Home Depot a year ago. We bought it for my kid and she loved it.

1. Webber Charcoal grill: $ 70 (Half price) - We bought it from Home Depot a year ago. We used only 5~6 times. You can have chimney starter, cleaner, and remaining charcoal.
