EV Highrise 1BR in 2BR Apt, Dec 10 – Dec 30, $600, Male

I am subletting a room on campus (EV) in a 2 bedroom-efficiency apartment from Dec 10 till Dec 30.

The bedroom is furnished with a table, chair, bed, mattress, closet, storage space. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with my roommate. The price is $600 and includes all utilities, laundry, wi-fi, water, heating, electricity etc. Preferences are given to those who can pay the whole rent upfront.
