• 2 BR shared with a friendly male graduate student (i.e. subletting my bedroom, not both bedrooms!).

• Free to use TV and telephone in room. You can also have my personal room heater for use if you need. The apartment is centrally heated anyway.
• Located right next to Blackwelder and Rays, close to Escondido/Campus Dr crossing, bus stops, Zipcars and tennis courts.

There's a small store attached to my bedroom where I'll be storing my belongings, and won't be part of the deal (typically EV apartments don't even have this store).
