EV South Lowrise Bedroom Sublease 8/3-9/21 950/month

I'm subletting one bedroom in EV south 130 (two-story lowrise townhouse) from 8/3 to 9/21 for $950/month with a $400 refundable deposit.
My apartment is right next to graduate community center and you can walk over to ray's grill for dinner in seconds!
My bedroom has a queen size bed as well as other furnitures plus a walk-in closet.
The apartment has spacious bathroom, kitchen, and dining space.
Microwave, fridge, toaster, cooking utensils, rice cooker, as well as many other items are provided.
I also have vacuum, electrical fan, and two humidifiers.
You may use my bike if you need biking around campus.
