EV studio available from mid-June to December

I'm looking for a sublicensee for my studio on Stanford campus (located where campus drive and escondido road meets) during mid-June to end of December period. The studio is equipped with private bathroom, kitchen (with oven), queen sized bed, sofa, and desk. I am also willing to lend my microwave and my desk chair. Rent is $1,300 per month.

Bike is also available for rent if the tenant is interested (needs deposit and rent fee).

The location of the studio is excellent. The free shuttle stop is only 1-min walk from the studio, the library is max 10-min walk. The graduate community center and a cafe is located right next to the studio.

I can only sublet to Stanford affiliates (graduate students, post-docs, visiting scholars). NO UNDERGRADUATES, NO COUPLES. Women preferred. Please contact me if interested with
