Located in a large apartment in a beautiful Victorian house in front of a T stop minutes to Haymarket station, and Airport/Seaport with Silver Line. The rent includes all the utilities, heat/hot water, gas, electric, and high speed wifi.

The bedroom is very large and sunny with high ceilings, oak floors and large walk in closet. It is furnished with a full size bed with foam mattress, night stand, dresser, desk, chair and and a bookcase. Window air conditioner is already installed for the summer. There is a fully applianced eat-in kitchen, living room, 2 1/2 bathrooms and coin-op laundry/dryer in the basement. There's no smoking of any kind nor heavy drinking in the house. All the housemates are responsible young professionals and students, it's a quiet safe and easygoing environment.
