Fall Only or Year-long Needed (<1300)! Starting Sept 10/11 (flexible)

2nd year Masters student. Quite, neat male. Basically just need the place to sleep as will be gone most of the day.

I'd prefer to sublet campus housing for the Fall, but if there is a good arrangement I would be open to a year long lease.

Needs to be on or close to campus (no car).
