. Note that there is an apartment on a separate floor below the house and it will be occasionally occupied for maybe 3-4 months out of the year by a 25yr old Stanford grad working in tech.
. It literally is as nice as it looks. The place is huge and we think that the price to quality ratio is fantastic. For instance, the house immediately next door, which is the same size and quality, just rented out for $10,000, so this is a bargain.
