Female housemate wanted in a sunny 4bd/3.5ba house close to downtown

We’re looking for a new housemate to share our awesome house. We are looking for a female housemate to fill in our last bedroom to share a bathroom with another female housemate, for a 1 year lease starting on March 15th (move-in date is rather flexible, please reach out to discuss the details).

• The room is on the second floor. It’s spacious (11x13ft) with high ceilings and has a closet. It has multiple windows and get tons of natural light.

• The house - We live in a fantastic 3-story 4bd, 3.5ba house in Menlo Park that was built in 2011. We have plenty of parking in the lot right next to the house. Our house is really clean and new (we try to get together to do chores together once a month), on a quiet street, has good storage, and comes with washer/dryer. Patio with built-in Viking grill, cherry wood Shaker cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite slab counters.

• The location - the location of our house is fantastic, close to everything, and it’s in a very safe neighborhood.

• 10 min drive from Facebook
• 6 min drive (or bike) or 18 min walk to downtown Palo ALto
• 8 min drive (or bike) or 30 min walk to Stanford University
• 7 min drive (or bike) 20 min walk to downtown Menlo Park
• 14 min drive from Googleplex

We're also close to nice parks and a lot of the open space preserves for hiking on weekends.

• A. lives in the 3rd floor bedroom. He works in tech, graduated from Stanford in 2015, likes dancing, and Chipotle.
• B. lives in the 2nd floor master bedroom. He works in real estate as an analyst in San Jose, and is into yoga and sports.
• C. lives in the 2nd floor and shares a bathroom with you. She works in tech, moved from east coast after her PhD last month, likes running, occasional cooking, and video games.

The house is pretty quiet because we're all pretty busy / have different hours but we're friendly with each other. The common area is nice to work in or read in free time.
