Female housemates for apt complex in a great community (Mountain View)

We are looking for up to 2 new housemates for a 3 br/2b complex in Mountain View.
The location is in a very convenient location on Villa Street, a few blocks from Castro St/downtown Mountain View, walking distance to the Mountain View caltrain, and also close to the San Antonio shopping center/Walmart/Trader Joe's and Safeway as well as the 237, 85 and 101.

-Kitchen appliances include stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
-A washer/dryer-in unit.
-A pool, a small gym, as well as a BBQ area in the complex for all residents' use (just reserve beforehand).
-Very convenient parking (one covered spot that we rotate each month with adjacent lots right next to the complex).

This would be for a long-term lease (12 months) beginning January 1, 2015. There are 2 rooms, one at $1175 (shared bathroom) and one at $1325 (largest room with walk-in closet and own bathroom) available. Security deposit is $250 per person.

We are looking for other housemates that are other young professionals or grad students with low drama, and the willingness to pitch in with the household chores. Although we don't necessarily have huge parties, we are pretty social and lean more towards quality conversation and wine + cheese nights. If we turn out to be friends, that would be wonderful. However, simply living in peace and harmony with several easy-going, non-judgmental people is all we ask for.
