Female Roommate Wanted

Hi All,

I'm a woman in search of a new roommate to apartment hunt with me in Oakland. Here's a bit about me:

I am currently a 23 yr old senior (one quarter left) looking for housing in Oakland. I am a writer--I've been working on a play for over a year and I write children's book, poetry, articles and non-fiction in my spare time. I identify as a woman of color and queer--I'd like to think I'm socially conscious, but I am aware of my shortcomings (specifically with trans politics, I have a long way to go/a lot to learn). I am clean, quiet, responsible--I mostly keep to myself since I tend to go to bed around 8-10 pm so that I can wake-up around 5-7 am to meditate, workout and write before class. I don't necessarily need to be friends with my roommate as long as we get along/respect each other, but living with someone with whom I'd actually like to have a conversation would be nice. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, Netflix, cooking, interesting conversations and trying new food.

'm looking for a quiet home--no parties at home although I don't care what happens outside of the house. Also, I'd prefer not to live with a couple or with someone who basically has a live-in partner.

Price range: $500-750, plus utilities.
