1BR in 3BR+1BA in North Beach neighborhood SF. Move-in date between end of July and mid-August.
Looking for a clean, considerate, female roommate to take a 6-month or year's lease starting sometime between the end of July through mid-August. No pets please.
Located near Broadway/Powell intersection, right off Columbus St, at heart of Little Italy, Chinatown, and North Beach restaurant and entertainment districts. Local attractions include City Lights Bookstore, XoX Truffles, and North Beach Farmer's Market. Trader Joe's and Safeway 15 min walk away. Local grocery stores 5-10 min walk away. Two parking structures with monthly rates around the corner. Coin-operated laundromat across the street.
Utilities are around $45 per person each month ie. internet ($30), water ($50), PG&E ($50) split between 3 roommates.
Roommates are 2 ladies in their early-mid 20's. We both work from home and do not go out much to stay safe during this time. Message me about yourself if you’re interested!
