Looking for a roommate to share a 2BD/2BA apartment in Mountain View. Room is available July 23rd and I’m looking for a year-long lease.
Rent: $2100/mo, plus utilities at ~$100/mo which includes internet, water, electricity, a gym, a pool, pet spa.
Parking available for 1 car + guest parking lot.
It's a great location downtown Mountain View, opposite the library, a block away from the 101, a 12-minute walk from the Mountain View caltrain. It's a 5min walk to CVS, grocery shop, BOA/Wells Fargo, parks, tech shuttle stops and a LOT of restaurants. (Tons of coffee and bubble tea places too!)
This is a gated apartment complex that is very pet-friendly and well-maintained.
The apartment:

• Private balcony that overlooks a park and you can see the Performing Arts Centre from here
• Microwave, oven, dishwasher in kitchen
• Living room between the 2 bedrooms
• In-unit washer/dryer
• Packages delivered to leasing office or door.
• This is a quiet and safe neighborhood, but close enough to life and activity. There’s always something interesting happening on Castro street.
