My roommate and myself are looking to fill a room in our 3bedroom, 2bath apartment in Sunnyvale. Our third roommate is moving in with her boyfriend and as such we are looking for a new roommate! The lease is for one year and begins on July 1, 2016. The unit is on Fair Oaks Avenue, very close to the 101 onramp. It is in a safe, family friendly, HOA complex and conveniently located near multiple shopping centers and downtown Sunnyvale. There is a swimming pool and the complex has plenty of parking.
About the unit:
Our apartment has a convenient in-unit washer and dryer. We have a fully furnished kitchen and dining room area, but welcome any additions you may bring. There is also a balcony and a fireplace. Unfortunately no pets are allowed in our unit. You would be sharing a bathroom with one of us, and you’re room would be the one labelled “office” in the floorplan.
About us:
We are both young professional females in our 20s-30s. We like to maintain a clean environment, but aren’t obsessive about it. We both have full-time jobs that keep us busy, but when we’re not at work we like to watch TV, exercise, read, cook, and spend time outside.
About you:
You are responsible, don’t do drugs, are sociable, and are respectful of the people you live with.
