Seeking female roommate. You will have your own room and bathroom for $1133/month, not including utilities (normally $50-60/month). Room is on the main floor - the other two bedrooms are on the second floor, so you will have some privacy. Available September 1st. 6 month lease. Room is not furnished, you will need to bring your own furniture.

Near W California Ave and N Mary Ave intersection in Sunnyvale. Walking distance to the Sunnyvale Caltrain station and Downtown Sunnyvale. Close to the Sunnyvale campuses of LinkedIn, Apple, and Google.

Washer/dryer in unit (tenant will have to purchase use of machines). Light cooking preferred. Lots of storage availability. No pets. Street parking - neighborhood is quiet and safe. Apartment complex pool and hot tub access. Small park nearby.

Security deposit and background check fee will be requested in addition to first month's rent.
