Female roommate wanted! Private room in a spacious 3 bedroom apt!

Hello,

We are 2 roommates seeking a 3rd roommate to move in ASAP! We live in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, ground-level apartment off College avenue in Palo Alto. The open room is $1325 per month, and you will be sharing a bathroom with 1 other roommate. The apartment includes a spacious living room and kitchen with tons of storage space. The available room can come furnished with a bed frame/bed, dresser, and nightstand for a small additional fee. We are within walking distance of the California Ave Caltrain station, a grocery store, California Ave, and a 10 min bike ride to the Stanford campus.

The current two roommates are females in their mid-twenties: one is a Stanford School of Medicine postdoc and the other is a Nutritional Sciences Fellow working in the Stanford Athletics Department. We are easy going, love to cook, love having visitors, and enjoy weekend adventures. We are looking for a third roommate who is respectful, mature, and clean.

No pets, parking for 1 car available. This lease would start immediately and be a month-to-month lease, though we prefer longer term leases. This apartment is owned by a landlady who is flexible and respectful of privacy. If you sign the lease, it will be your duty to find a replacement leaser when you move out (all 3 roommates will be held to this standard for their respective rooms).
