Hello! I’m Amy (she/they) and I'm looking for a roommate to take over the 2nd bedroom in a 2 family home starting 9/1 in Newton Corner. We have the 2nd and 3rd floor of the house. I am 29, currently working full time (hybrid) and in grad school part time. I'm pretty social, so would love someone who will gab with me sometimes, and I have friends over semi regularly:) I'm generally pretty tidy in shared spaces. 420 and alcohol friendly.

Hobbies: I am a musician, I play games (card, board, video), and I go through various adhd fueled crafting phases

About the house:

- So much space - for you a large bedroom with two closets, office

- I also have bedroom and office

- free laundry in basement (not shared with neighbors)

- Kitchen has gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, garbage disposal

- Outdoor porch and bonus sunroom

- 1.5 bath

- Shared driveway with 3 spots that are ours (I have a car)

- Sorry no pets

Transit:

- 501/504 one stop to back bay station

- 57/52 busses

- 1.5mi from newtonville commuter stop and green line Boston college

- On the greenway bike path

- Easy access to storrow and the pike

Accessibility:

- 2nd and 3rd floor of a two family home

- Very narrow stairs in the back, wider stairs in the front

- Not wheelchair accessible

- Driveway is a little difficult to navigate but I've been living here for 2 years and am now practiced!
