Female Tenant wanted for beautiful new house (East Palo Alto)

We are looking for someone who will stay a minimum of nine months and preferably longer. We are not interested in short term sublets.
We have a furnished bedroom available to rent in our new home in East Palo Alto - the room is approx 10 x 12 in size and is currently furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and an end table. Furniture can be removed to make room for your own if you prefer.
The room for rent is upstairs, the bathroom for the tenant is down the hall from it. Across the hall is a laundry room with a washer and dryer for everyone in the house to use.
There are two other female tenants upstairs in rooms of their own, the bathroom would be shared with them.
Downstairs is a very large living / dining area with a pretty large modern style kitchen - the prospective tenant would have full access and we even have some kitchen cabinets and a designated side by side fridge for the tenants use only.
Parking - tenant will park on the street.
Rent is $1000 per month (month to month) - this includes all utilities as well as cable tv and high speed internet. Move in is 1st months's rent plus security deposit.
House is very convenient to University Ave, Stanford University, VA hospital, Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Linkedin, Yahoo, down town Palo Alto, Mountain View and Menlo Park.
We are looking for a professional FEMALE (no exception) who is responsible and respectful - someone who will respect our privacy and treat our home like her own.
There is strictly a "no pet" , "no smoking" and "no drugs" house.
