Hope you have had a wonderful start to the new year.

We are a friendly, respectful, and responsible couple in our late twenties looking for a roommate to help fill an unfurnished room in a 3 BR / 2 BA beautiful house in Redwood City. Our other roommate just moved out to start a new life journey with her boyfriend in the city. We are very happy for her ! :)

We have lived in the house for 2.5 years and can tell you more about it. So far, the house and our landlord have both exceeded expectations !
