Will have two rooms available at 750 each with small deposit in a 3bd/1.5bth. Moving out first week of July; one roommate will be out by end of June. I will be leaving to complete my PhD while my girlfriend stays in the area for her job. Pricing is low because the complex is going to be torn down in October and replaced with upscale apartments.
Looking to sublease Mountain View apartment near San Antonio train station with two working individuals (or more; can consider couples) in an apartment until September 30th. After this date, my girlfriend will be looking for a new apartment or house to stay in; if you decide the living arrangements work, you can move in at a different location more long term with her after September 30th.
