FREE HOUSING: in exchange of basic work and others

Hi there,

Are you looking for temporary accommodation? I have a six bedroom large house/mansion available on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic house in a elite part of Silicon Valley (Los Altos). The house itself is huge -- it is over 1 acre and its own private swimming pool. There are great views of the Bay Area too. It is completely modernized inside, and is south facing, so gets a lot of lovely direct sunshine.

The house will be shared with me (I will be using three bedrooms for myself during remodeling). I am looking for someone to share the place with me temporarily (approximately two weeks, starting Sept 17. Could potentially be longer). There is a little down time between when the house will be available and unavailable so the timeframe is a little flexible and can be discussed -- possibly earlier or later.

Recent female college grad (18 to 24) -- grad students preferred
Be completely discreet
Be clean/tidy
Willing to do basic housework chores in exchange for free rent

I am looking for someone cool to take the spot in the house for the next two weeks on an interim basis if you fit the above criteria. Rent will be free. The house is going through some minor remodeling, which is why it is currently empty. I am not asking for rent because there will occasionally be laborers repairing things around the house. So I think it is fair if you do some basic work in exchange for paying rent.
