Fully furnished private bedroom (Aug - Sept), 10 min from campus

I'm a master's student at Stanford and I've signed a lease for a place 10 minutes away from campus by bike. It's a fully furnished private bedroom with a shared bathroom, kitchen and dining area. The house is located very close to California Avenue Caltrain station (right across the tracks). The owner and her son (who is in high school) live in the same house, and the bathroom is shared with her son. The room is very well furnished with a queen bed + mattress and ample storage space. The kitchen also has utensils and includes access to a washing machine and dryer. The owner is really nice and is hardly at home, spends most of her time at work. The rent is 1250 per month (including utilities and internet), negotiable based on however long you want to take the place for.

The lease begins August 5th. However, I am traveling and will only be moving in on September 23rd. I am searching for someone who wants to take up the place for some part of the duration (can extend until September 30 if needed), with rent prorated based on duration of stay. This is an amazing deal, I had to search long and hard to find it. I'm willing to negotiate the rent based on how long you're staying. Let me know if you're interested and we can chat! :)
