We have a fully furnished bedroom (queen-sized mattress, nightstand, lamp, sizeable closet) available in the house, shared bathroom, newly remodeled place, fully-stocked kitchen, spacious backyard, and fully furnished living room (with TV and gaming systems). Washer and dryer available for use in the garage. There is also one parking spot available at the house. We are in a great location since we are a 1-minute walk from Whole Foods, a 5-minute walk to Safeway and the Caltrain Station, a 10-minute walk to downtown Redwood City (which has movie theaters, free/fun weekend events, restaurants, small shops, coffee places, etc.).
We do have a small friendly dog that loves to meet new people so we prefer someone who likes/loves dogs.
Rent including utilities (electricity, gas, water, sewage, garbage, high-speed internet) per month is $1,550.
