Hey there! I am looking to lease out a room in my 2bd/1.5ba condo off California Avenue in Palo Alto, from July 1-July 31. Earlier move-in dates may be accommodated, but the move-out date is firm. I am moving to another location on July 1, but my lease runs until July 31.

The room is furnished with a bed, dresser, and desk. It is approximately 11x13' with its own vanity and sink. The full condo is a spacious 1,250 square feet, with two bedrooms, and all common areas furnished. It's about a mile away from campus -- an easy 10-15 minute bike ride on a bike-friendly route down Park Ave. Lots of restaurants and shops just outside your door on California Avenue, including Mollie Stone's grocery store and the Caltrain station (both across the street). There is one other male roommate.

Location: The mixed residential-commercial complex on the corner of California Ave and Park Ave; across the street from Palo Alto Pizza

Rent: $1600/month. Water/electrical included in rent.
Move in/out date: July 1 move-in (can accommodate earlier move in if necessary), firm July 31 move-out date.
