All are respectful, nice, friendly, clean, and quiet.

I've been living in this cozy house for two and half years, and leaving the bay area for my job. The room is toward a backyard, so there is no street noise. The neighborhood is safe as well. To get to Stanford, it takes around 15-20 minutes by a car (around 7 miles) through the Central Express Way. As described above, the central A/C and heating system are set to a certain temperature, and it automatically runs if it is hot or cold outside. I really liked this feature as well. The washer and dryer are brand new from LG, which usually takes 50 minutes each. A couple of images of the room are attached (all furnished).
